Where do I get my tickets?

All tickets must be pre-purchased online by clicking the following link:   https://jbm.tixonlinenow.com/eof/

You do not have to print your ticket, but you will need to access your ticket on your mobile device to be scanned at the gate. 

Will Call is located at Show Information as you walk through the main gate.

This is a rain or shine event.

Hopkins Farm is approximately seven miles from I-385 on Fork Shoals Road. Click here for directions.

To be sure everyone is safe and happy, please see rules below:

  • All well behaved dogs are welcome and must be on a non-retractable leash at all times or at a locked 6-ft. maximum lead.
  • Waste bags provided by The Noble Dog Hotel are available throughout the venue. PLEASE clean up after your pet.
  • Dogs must be current on rabies vaccination.
  • Water stations are located throughout the venue or bottled water is available for purchase.
  • Event organizers reserve the right to eject any aggressive or obviously ill animal.
  • Pet owners assume full responsibility for their pets.

 

Everything Outdoor Fest, JBM & Associates and Historic Hopkins Farm cannot be held liable for any incidents or injury. By entering this event, attendees accept full responsibility for any risks to themselves and their pets.

A few outdoor wheelchairs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis from R.O.A.R. & Waymaker Off Road Wheelchairs.

Parking is FREE and will be located across the street from the event. Shuttles will be available for those who need them.

A limited amount of handicap parking will be available. Shuttles will be available for transportation.

Yes, however please be aware of the varying terrain.

No, the farm does not allow overnight camping. We have hotel and campgrounds located in the area and are listed under Details on the website.

All clinics are available on a first-come, first-served basis except for the HOKA Trail Experience, which you must register for in advance. https://runsignup.com/Race/SC/Simpsonville/HokaTrailExperience

Unless specified in the schedule, the number of participants per clinic is unlimited. However, to secure the best vantage point for both hearing and seeing the instructor, you are advised to arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of the scheduled start time.

You are welcome to bring your own equipment, such as yoga mat, kayak, SUP board, fishing rod/reel, etc., but know there is no storage area for such belongings. All belongings brought in are the responsibility of the individual and EOF nor its sponsors and partners may be held liable for any lost, damaged, or destroyed personal items.

No food or beverage will be permitted inside the event except that which is purchased from our vendors. Food trucks and beverage providers will be available throughout the duration of the event. Food and beverages sold at Everything Outdoor Fest are in addition to the cost of event admission.

Beer and wine will be available for purchase at the festival from Community Tap & Tap Truck Greenville.

Open carry firearms are prohibited within the event site.
